My talk is on how we can make mistakes on how we think about our day to day lives. I will share 10 ways that we can have ‘Stinkin’ Thinkin’ that interferes with our happiness and make us feel shitty. The first step to feeling better is being able to identify how our thinking leads us astray. Once we are able to track our thoughts, we can then move on to analyze them to decide if they are worth keeping or not. There is hope in learning healthier thoughts that help us feel and do better!
